ORDINANCE NO. 2057
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEGrION 18.501 "NO PARKING PLACES" OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOtmT PROSPECT HAVING TO DO WITH THE PROHIBITION
OF PARKING ON THE NORrIi SIDE OF GOLF ROAD FROM MOUNT PROSPECT ROAD TO
IOKA'AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY, IILINOIS:
SECTION 1: That Section 18.501 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect of 1957. as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto a new paragraph 29 so that Section 18.501, paragraph 29,
shall be and read as follows:
29. Upon the paved or improved northerly side of
Golf Road from Mount Prospect Road extended westward
to the intersection of Iaka Avenue in the Village of
Mount Prospect, Cook County.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
