ORDINANCE NO. 2068
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEaI'ION 13.107 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SEaI'ION ONE: Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Mount Prospect of 1957. as amended. is hereby further amended in its
~tirety to increase the munber of Class "A" liquor licenses from three to
four and the number of Class "B" liquor licenses from six to seven, so that
effective May 1, 1968 the said Section 13.107 shall thereafter read as
follows:
Section 13.107 Number of Licenses
There shall be issued in the Village no more than:
(a) Four (10 Class A Licenses
(b) Seven (7) Class B Licenses
(c) Nine (9) Class C Licenses
(d) One (1) Class D Licenses
(e) One (1) Class M Licenses
to be in effect at any time.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from May 1, 1968 after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
