ORDINANCE NO. 2126
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24.801 PROHffiITING THE DISCHARGE OF SANITARY OR
INDUSTRIAL WASTE INTO STATE CONSTRUCTED STORM SEWERS LOCATED ON GOLF ROAD
BETWEEN MOUNT PROSPECT ROAD AND THE \VESTERLY CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That Section 24. 801 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
paragraph (a) so that Section 24.801 paragraph (a) shall be and read as
follows:
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to
discharge any sanitary or industrial waste into any storm sewers
constructed by the State of Illinois as part of the improvement
of Golf Road between Mount Prospect Road and the westerly
corporate lirnitsof the Village of Mount Prospect J mown as
Golf (Evanston-Elgin) Road (FA Route 58) SBI Route 58 State
Section 582-R and 582- R.I.
SEcrION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and pUblication in the manner provided by law.
