AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2006 entitled "No Parking Any Time" of Chapter 18 of the
Village Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting "Weller Ln. - East & West
- The first 200 ft. south of Central Rd." and adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence
"Weller Ln. - East - Btw. Central Rd and Busse Ave." and "Weller Ln. - West - The first
200 ff. south of Central Rd" and "Weller Ln. - West - Btw a point 600 ft. and'800 ff. south
of Central Rd"; so that hereafter said Section 18.2006 shall include the following:
"Name of Side of
Street Street Description
Weller Ln. East Btw. Central Rd. and Busse Ave.
Weller Ln. West The first 200 ff. south of Central Rd.
VVeller Ln. West Btw. a point 600 ft and 800 ff. south
of Central Road (Loading Zone)"
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2009 entitled "Schedule IX - Parking Dudng School
Hours" of Chapter 18 of the Village Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleting "VVeller Lane - East & West - Btw. a point 200 feet south of Central Rd and a point
(public walk) 600 ft. south of Busse Ave." and adding thereto in proper alphabetic sequence
"Weller Ln. ~ East - Bwn. Busse Ave. and Cleven Ave."; so that hereafter said Section
18.2009 shall include the following:
"Name of Side of
Street .Street Description
Weller Ln. East Btw. Busse Ave and Cleven Ave."
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Hendricks, Hodfert, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
