This fact would also prevent the Commission from ruling on this
subdivision petition. Mr. Sims checked and found that this was a
legal non conforming use, and as such, could legally be consider-
ed by the Commission.
Mr. Boege moved, and Mr. Borrelli seconded., that the resubd ivis
ion be approved and that the Chairman and Secretary be authorized
to sign the Plat. All members voted Aye and Chairman Weibel
declared the request granted.

Mr. Richardson was absent - no report.
Mr. McGovern was absent but had sent word
requesting that Mr. ,Sims be advised about the
recommendations for ,Area Six as discussed at
last week's meeting of this Committee.

1. Mr. Velasco, in response to Mr. :Barre l l i ' s query, at a prior
meeting, about proof of ownership requirements, offered that ,such,
proof must first be submitted to the Village staff before any
issue related to such property can be considered by the Plan
Commission.
2. Mr. Velasco commented about the recent repair of Schoenbeck
Road and why it was done at this time.
3. Mr. Boege stated that he was disturbed by the Rouse Corpora--
tions's delay In installing the sidewalks at the new bank
building site and suggested that a letter of censure be sent.
Mr. Sims responded that the developer had contacted the Village,
had submitted plans for the sidewalks and bus shelter, and that.
Rouse was corning in on 6/5/87 for a building permit with the
intention of starting construction the following week. He also
informed the Commission that Engineering, Code Enforcement and
Planning had approved these plans.
Mr. Weibel noted that any Censure -type letter would be directed
to the village Manager,, but that this request be withdrawn based
