RESOLUTION NO. 39-06
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1631-1641 WEST ALGONQUIN ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, the Village of Mount Prospect has requested approval of a Plat of
Dedication for property located at 1631 -1641 West Algonquin Road; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Dedication is required to establish public right-of-way for the purposes of
transportation and public utility facilities in compliance with the Mount Prospect Village Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF
THEIR HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: The dedication of the right-of-way is hereby granted for the property at 1631-1641
West Algonquin Road, and the Plat of Dedication attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby
approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are
incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
