ORDINANCE NO. 2136
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
"VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Plan Corrmission of the Village of Mount Prospect
have held a Public Hearing to consider Case No. 68-51P in the Village
Hall, December 20, 1968 at the hour of 8:00 P.M. pursuant to proper
legal notice; and
WlEREAS, t>lje Plan Corrmission have recorrmended to the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect the amendment of Section 6
of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the R-X District; and
\llHEREAS, the Judiciary Committee of the Village of Mount
Prospect have met on January 9, 1969, and have reviewed the material
under Case No. 68-51P and have recorrmended to the Board'Of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect concurrence \'lith the reconmendation of
the Plan Commission; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect have reviewed the matter herein and have determined
that the same is for the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF r-10UNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION I: That Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance be
and is hereby amended by adding to the very end thereof
a new paragraph which shall be and read as follows:
"All uses excluded from the R-l District are also
excluded from the R-X District."
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
