General membership vote for proposal of SCBA purchases made by R. Redlin. Total purchase
price quoted of $56,005, which includes four packs, four batteries, eight SCBA cylinders, two
training packs, and battery banks for charging. Motion made by Bocox, seconded by Phenegar.
General membership vote: All present -yea, nay -none.

Motion made to adjourn meeting made by Phenegar, seconded by R.Redlin.
