Chairman’s Report- None
Treasurer Report: 433,890.77 total balance. A letter was sent to the attorney of the company that
contacted FF Tax about paying unknown balance. No response yet from the Company or Attorney
Secretary Report- Minutes read and approved for 12/3 and 12/9 meeting
Old Business: Nothing to report
New Business: New Submittals as follows

SCBA submittal- Motion to approve Novak, 2 Johnson … all present voted yes

Red Helmet submittal- Motion to approve, Chief, 2 Johnson … all present voted yes

Challenge Station Coins submittal -Motion to approve, Dane, 2 Chief… all present voted yes

Hose Straps submittal- Motion to approve Chief, 2 Novak…. all present voted yes
Motion to continue to fund previous reoccurring annual submittals/expenses of Cable, FF Tax Insurance

Cost, PO Box and Knife service, Motion to approve Johnson, 2 Dane. All present voted yes
