AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEcrION 13.107 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPEGr
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPEGr, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEGrIOO ONE: That Section 13 .107 of the lY'unicipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom one
(1) Class "A" license (retail package and consumption on premises), and
two (2) Class "c" licenses (retail sale - original package only), so
that said Section 13.107 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
"Section 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of MOunt Prospect no more than:
(a)
(b)
( c)
(d)
(e)
(f)
Three (3)
Seven (7)
Seven (7)
One (1)
One (1)
One ( 1)
Class A licenses
Class B licenses
Class C licenses
Class D license"
Class M license.
Class R license
SEcrION 'NO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
