AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEGrION 13.107 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF. MOUNT PROSPEGr
BE rr ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF MOUNT PROOPECT, COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS:
SEGrION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the rJUnicipal Code of lVbunt
Prospect of 1957. as a:rrended, is hereby further amended by deleting
therefrom one (1) Class "Bll license (retail consurrption on premises),
so that said Section 13.107 shall 'hereaf'ter be and read as follows:
Section l! .107 . Number of Licenses. There shall be issued
in the vi !age of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Three (3) Class A licenses
(b) Six (6) Class B licenses
(c) Seven (7) Class C licenses
(d) One (1) Class D license
(e) One (1) Class M license
(f) One (1) Class R license
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
