ORDINANCE NO. 2134
AN ORDINANCE Al'vIENDING SECTION 3.113 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIlLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 3.113 of the fI~unicipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by substituting the
sum of $600.00 for the existing sum of $1,200.00 so that hereafter the
said Section 3.113 shall be and read as follows:
"Section 3.113 Salary. The salary of the Village Clerk
for the performance of the duties of the office shall be
the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars, payable in
twelve equal monthly installments."
SECTION '1'1:,\[0: That Section 3 of Ordinance 951 passed and approved on
January 21, 1964, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
cpnflict herevlith, are hereby repealed, effective April 30, 1969.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be applicable only to
persons whose terms of office corrrnence in the year 1969, and their
successors in office.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its. passage, approval and publication in the marmer prescribed by
law.
