ORDINANCE NO. 2196
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON BUSSE ROAD SOUill OF LONNQUIST IN THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to prohibit parking along the easterly
and weseerly sides of Busse Road from lonnquist Boulevard to the Southern-
most limits of the Village of Mount Prospect premised upon the public im-
provements thereon made by another governmental bo~; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Code, Sections 18.831 and 18.1511 of Chapter 18 of
the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, provides and
establishes a minimum fine of $5.00 and a maximum fine of $500.00 for
violation of Schedule V of the said Code; and
WHEREAS, the said schedule prohibits the stopping. standing, or parking
of any vehicle on certain described streets:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTFES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule V of Article YYI of Chapter 18 (The Traffic
Code) of the Mmicipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be
and is hereby further amended by adding thereto provisions prohibiting
parking along both the easterly and westerly sides of Busse Road from Lonn-
Quist Boulevard to the Southernmost limits of the Village of Mount Prospect
so that the said Schedule V shall be amended by inserting thereon the
following:

SEcrION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
