AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24.801 PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF SANITARY
OR INDUSTRIAL WAS'IE INTO STATE CONSTRUCTED STORM SE1IJERS LOCATED ON BUSSE
ROAD BETWEEN GOLF ROAD AND THE SOUTHERNMffiT CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT ANT BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 24.801 of the nunicipal Code of the Village
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto a paragraph (b 1 so that Section 24.801 paragraph (b) shall
be and read as follows:
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation
to dischar~ any sanitary or industrial waste into any storm
sewers constructed by the State of Illinois as part of the
irrproverrent of Busse Road between Golf Road and the southern-
most corporate limits of the Village of Mount Prospect, known
as Busse Road C. H. S. Route 012 (F. A. Route No. 177), Section
012-0304 MFr, Village Section 40CS.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
