COMMUNICATIONS AND PETI'T'IONS -- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD None, MAY'OR'S REPORT None, OLD BUSINESS A Resolution was presented that would authorize the Village to participate with other municipalities as well as the State of Illinois in joli nt purchases. Trustee Arthur, seconded by Trustee Wattenberg, moved for RES.NO. 20-86 passage of Resolution No. 20--86 A RESOLUTION OF AUTHORIZATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN JOINT PURCHASING AGREEMENTS Upon roll call-, Ayes. Arthur, Farley, Floros, Murauskis, Van. Geem, Wattenberg Nays: None Motion carried. Village Manager Burghard presented a Resolution that would authorize the execution of a contract with Baxter & Woodman for a study relative to the design work on George and Albert Streets for roadway improvements. This subject has been previously discussed by the Village Board as well as with the residents of the area.
