AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEGrION 23.402 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPEGr
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: /\'>.
SECTION ONE: That Section 23.402 of the Municipal Code~f the Village of
fVbunt Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by
adding thereto provisions for charging schools, churches, arid.nultiple
residential units so that hereafter the said Section 23.402 shall be and
read as follows:
(1) All Village users within the Village except those users lying
within that certificated area of the Village serviced by the Utility
Sewer & Water Co. prior to October 18, 1969: . . . . $4.00 per month
(2) All Village users within the Village and within that certificated
area serviced by Utility Sewer & Water Co. prior to October 18, 1969:
Commercial and Industrial . . . . . . . . . . 40% of Water Bill
Schools and Churches . . . . . . . . . . .. 40% of Water Bill
Multiple Units, Residential. . . . . . . . . $1.50 net per month
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and a:rcer Its passage and approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
