AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEGrION 13.107 OF THE MOUNT PROSPEGr
MUNICIPAL COLE
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIIENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPEGr, COOK COUNTY It ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of I>1ount Prospect of
1957, as amended, is hereby further amended to provide for the issuance of one
Class ''E'' liquor license so that said Section 13.107 shall hereafter be and
read as follows:
Section 13.107 Number of Licenses
There shall be issued in the fJIillage of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Three ( 3) Class A Licenses
(b) Six (6) Class B Licenses
(c) Six (6) Class C Licenses
(d) One (1) Class D License
(e) One ( 1) Class E License
(f) One (1) Class M~License
(g) Two (2) Class R Licenses
SECTION TWO: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publicaticn in the manner provided by law.
