ORDINANCE No. 2135 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING SECTION 18.830 AND SCHEDULES II, IV, XIII, XV eF THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That Paragraph (C) of Section 18.830 of Chapter 18 (The Traffic Code) of the Ivlunicipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto provisions for the regulation of the Village Hall parking meter zone, so that the said paragraph (C) shall be and read as follows: .. (--- . ,............, ll' (c) In specific parking meter zones other than those cataeomzed in. p~ph (b) above, the cost s and time limits shall' be as follows: 1. In the Maple Street parting meter zones, established as having a parking time limit of twelve (12) hours, the deposit of certain coins shall establish the allowed parting time up to the maximum time limit as follows: i. Upon the deposit of one (1) five (5) cent coin, a parting limit of one-ahf-a-half (1-1/2) hours shall be established. ii. Upon the deposit of two (2) five (5) cent coins, or one (1) ten (10) cent coin, a parking limit of three (3) hours shall be established. 11i. Upon the deposit of three (3) five (5) cent coins, or one (1) five (5) cent and one (1) ten (10) cent coins, a parking lit'1li t of four~a.'1d-a-half (4-1/2) hours shall be established. iv. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins, except pennies, amounting to twenty (20) cents, a parting limit of four (4) hours shall be established. v. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins, except pennies, amounting to twenty-five (25) cents, a parting limit of seven-and-a,;ha1f (7-1/2) hours shall be established. vi. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins, except pennies, amounting. to thirty (30) cents, a parking limit of twelve (12) hours shall be established. 2. In the Village Hall parking ~feter zones, established as having a parking time limit of three (3) hours, the deposit of certain coins shall establish the allowed parking time up to the maximum time limit as follows: i. Upon the deposit of one (1) five (5) cent coin, a parld.ng limit of one-half (1/2) hour shall be established. ii. Upon the deposit of'two (2) five (5) cent coins, or one (1) ten (10) cent coin, a parking limit of one (1) hour shall be established. ili. Upon the depositing of three (3) five (5) cent coins, or one (1) five (5) cent and one (1) ten (10) cent coins, a parking limit of one-ando-a-half (1-1/2) hours shalLbe established. iv. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins, except pennies, amounting to twenty (20) cents, a parking limit of two (2) hours shall be established. v.
