Minutes of meeting August 29, 1978
Attendings Chairman Ronchetto, Commissioners Bachhuber, Beier, Clauser, Haase,
and Hiehle

Chairman Ronchetto calledd the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
The minutes of the July 25, 1978 meeting were approved 5-0 with one abstention.
r Chairman Ronchetto noted that Comm. Ted Friedl had resigned because of his heavy
traveling scheft a and asked for suggestions for z rcil;r,coment.
Recent Board actions and decisions not to act on Commission recommendations were
discussed.
Village cash management proceedures and possible means of improving them came under
discussion.
The Commission �l buildings
some and these oncerning agencies and businesses occupying
P P agreements were reviewed.
The Village's agreement with the Cook County Sheriff's Department concerning mutual
assistance was reviewed.
The Village's fire protection commitments to unincorporated fire protection districts
were reviewed.
The possibility of updating departmental financial projections was posed to Dick Jesse
by Chairman Ronchetto. Ways of carrying this out were discussed..
The next meeting was scheduled for September 26, 1978 at 8:00 PM.
