Minutes of meeting June 28, 1978
Attending: Chairman Ronchettop Commissioners Bachhuber, Haase, Hiehleg Linkman and Clauser,
Village Finance Director Jesse.
Chairman Ronchetto called the meeting to order at 8:01 pm.
The minutes of the March 4 and May 30 meetings were approved unanimously,
Commr. Hiehle presented his report on Gasoline Procurement, A discussion ensued.
Commr. Haase moved that the Commission report is the Board of Trustees the facts that have
become known on gasoline pricing and recommend to the Board that it seriously consider
seeking competitive prices for its motor vehicle fuel purchases, Seconded, R. H

The Villages total, yearly insurance costs approximate $59Q,000.00
while the total Village budget approximates $12,,000,,000.00
Commr. Linkman m oved that the Commission recommend to the Board Of Trustees that it consider
asking the Insurance Commission to select a Professional insurance management firm to assist
writing specifications requesting bids, and managing the 'Village insurance program.
Seconded Commr. Clauser. Motion passed 6-0
Comair, Linkman requested that Chairman Ronchetto speak wl-t1,1 the Firiance Committee of the
Boardconcerning the possibility of Board action on the Commission's earlier recommendation
that free Village stickers for individuals be discontinued at an approximate yearly saving
of $2,,655.00.
Next meeting was shceduled for Tuesday, July 25 at 8s00 pm.
Chairman Ronchetto adjourned the meeting.
