MOUNT PROSPECT FIREMENS PENSION FUND BOARD
MAY 19, 1986
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of President Pairitz, the Secretary called the meeting
to order at 8:17 A.M.
Del Ulreich, seconded by Ron Olson, moved to nominate Richard Jesse
President Pro Tem.
There being no further nominations, it was declared nominations closed.
Upon calling the roll for Richard Jesse to act as President Pro Tem,
the vote was as follows:
Ayes: Unanimous
Motion carried.

Present upon roll call: Richard L. Jesse, Treasurer/Comptroller
Del Ulreich, Firefighter
Ron Olsen, Firefighter
Randy Werderitch, Firefighter
Carol A. Fields, Village Clerk/Secretary

George Cullens, Retired Firefighter

REQUEST FOR RETIREMENT BENEFITS
A request has been received from Lt. Henry Villie for retirement
benefits.
Lt. Villie became a sworn member of the Mount Prospect Fire Department
on November 1, 1963, is 55 years of age and has requested retirement
benefits effective June 7, 1986.
Richard Jesse, Treasurer, presented the following calcuations for

Ron Olsen, seconded by Del Ulreich, moved to accept the application for
retirement benefits submitted by Lt. Henry Villie and authorize the
payment of benefits effective June 7, 1986 in the amount of $1,649.95
per month.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Jesse, Ulreich, Olsen, Fields, Werderitch
Nays: None
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Del Ulreich, seconded by Randy Werderitch, moved to adjourn this
special meeting.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Unanimous
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:23 AM.
