MOUNT PROSPECT FIREMENS' PENSION FUND BOARD
AUGUST 13, 1985
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of the President of the Fund, Richard Jesse was
nominated to hold the position of President Pro Tem.
The special meeting of the Firemens' Pension Fund Board was
called to order at 8:43 A.M. by President Pro Tem Jesse.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Richard Jesse, Treasurer/President Pro Tem
Carolyn Krause, Mayor
Ron Olsen, Firefighter
Richard L. Jesse, Treasurer
Carol A. Fields, Village Clerk/Secretary
Absent: Alan Labbe, Firefighter
Del Ulreich, Firefighter
George Cullens, Retired Firefighter
Village Attorney
CONSIDER REQUEST FOR REFUND: LAWRENCE A. BAZAAR, FIREFIGHTER
Firefighter Lawrence Bazaar has submitted his request for refund
for funds he has contributed to the Pension Fund', due to the fact that
he has resigned from the Mount Prospect Fire Department. It was noted
that Larry Bazaar had been informed that; he was not required t
withdraw his funds, but did express the desire for a total refund.
Alan Labbe, seconded by Ron Olsen, moved to authorize the refund of
funds contributed by Lawrence A. Bazaar to the Firemens' Pension Fund,
which contribution totalled $21,497.20.
Upon roll call:
Motion carried.
Ayes: Unanimous
The Treasurer was directed to issue such refund.
ADJOURNMENT
Carol Fields, seconded by Alan Labbe, moved to adjourn the meeting.
Upon roll call:
Motion carried.
Ayes: Unanimous
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 A.M.
