JULY 15, 1985
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Firemens' Pension Fund Board was
called to order at 8:00 A.M. by President Pairitz.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Lawrence A. Pairitz, Fire Chief/President
Carolyn Krause, Mayor
Alan Labbe, Firefighter
Richard L. Jesse, Treasurer
Carol A. Fields, Village Clerk/Secretary
Absent: Ron Olsen, Firefighter
Del Ulreich, Firefighter
George Cullens, Retired Firefighter
Village Attorney
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Richard Jesse, seconded by Alan Labbe, moved to approve the following
minutes:
Regular meeting held April 15, 1985
Special meeting held May 30, 1985
Special meeting held July 3, 1985
Upon roll call: Ayes: Unanimous
Motion carried.
ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Carol Fields, seconded by Alan Labbe, moved to nominate Fire Chief
Pairitz has President of the Board. There being no other nominations,
the nominations were closed.
Upon roll call:
Motion carried.
Ayes: Unanimous
Richard Jesse, seconded by Carolyn Krause, moved to nominate Carol
Fields as Secretary of the Board. There being no further nominations,
the nominations were closed.
Upon roll call:
Motion carried.
Ayes: Unanimous
TREASURER'S REPORT
Richard Jesse, Treasurer, presented his report, noting that the
interest rates were not good at the present time for investments. The
