SAFETY COMMISSION MEETING
December 2, 1991
The Regular Meeting of the Mount Prospect Safety Commission was called
to order at 7:35 P.M.

Art Coy, seconded by Chris Lenz, moved to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting of the Safety Commission held on October 7, 1991.
IV. NEW BUSINE
A. A request from Mr. Richard Henricks, 1537 E. Emmerson Lane, for
painted crosswalks at the private entrances to Mount Prospect Plaza
was reviewed.
Mr. Henricks was informed that the Village sent two letters to Western
Development requesting they paint the crosswalks as we cannot do
work on private property.

B. The Safety Commission reviewed a request from Ms. Rose
Hernkermeyer to remove the Sunday Parking restriction on the 200
block of south Pine Street. It is residents opinion that the parking
restriction is no longer required.

The Safety Commission recommended the removal of the Sunday
parking restrictions on the 200 block of S. Pine Street.
C. At the request of Village Fire and Police Departments for No Parking
on east, side of Maple Street between Central Road and Northwest
Highway.
The Safety Commission concurred.
Having no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
