At today's staff meeting with the Manager I was directed to have the following
items placed on the next Safety Commission Agenda.
Parking Restrictions - West side of William Street between Prospect Avenue
and Lincoln Street.
Apparently this area is being used by commuters all the time
for all day parking. Cemplaintant suggested limited hour park-
ing to eliminate commuter parking.
Highland Avenue - One -Way Traffic
Apparently there was a promise to residents that a review
would be made on the effects of the direction of traffic flow
on the present one way access at Rand Road.
Rand & Gregory Street Opening.
There was a promise made to residents that a review would
be made on the effects of closing Gregory Street at Rand Road.
On this one you're to check accident data on Gregory as well
as on Isabella. Also suggestion is that no parking signs
be installed on both sides of Isabella between William Street
and Rand Road. Problem is that cars parking on the street
causes problems for cars exiting or entering Rand Road.
