ORDmANCE NO. 2250
AN ORDmANCE REPEALmG ORDmANCE NO. 2246 AND AMENDmG
SEGrION 13.107 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT rJIONICIP AL CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPEGr, COOK COUNTY, ILLmOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 2246 passed and approved September 8,
1970 by and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended to provide
for the issuance of one additional Class "c" liquor license so that
said Section 13.107 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
Section 13.107 Number of Licenses
There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no
nore than;
(a) Three (3) Class A Licenses
(b) Six (6) Class B Licenses
(c) Seven (7) Class C Licenses
(d) One (1) Class D License
(e) One (1) Class E License
(f) One (1) Class M License
(g) Two (2) Class R Licenses
SEarION THREE: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
