AN ORDINANCE AMENDlliG SECTION 18.1322 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
TRAFFIC CODE
BE IT ORDEINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNI' PROSPECT, COOK COUNrY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That sub-section B of Section 18.1322 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended
to provide for a rate increase to a rnaxiImml of fifty cents (50<1:) in the
Chicago and Northwestern Railway conmut.er parking lots, so that hereafter
the said sub-section B shall be and read as follows:
ttB. In the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Lots #1, #2, and #3,
established as having a parking time limit of 12 hours, the
deposit of certain coins shall establish the allowed parking
time up to the maxiImml time limit as follows:
1. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins,
except pennies, amounting to ten cents (10~) a
parking limit of one (1) hour shall be established.
2. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins,
except pennies, amounting to twenty cents (20<1:), a
parking limit of two (2) hours shall be established.
3. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins,
except pennies, amounting to thirty cents (30<1;), a
parking limit of three (3) hours shall be established.
lj. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins,
except pennies, a.nounting to forty cents (ljO<l;) ,a
parking limit of four (lj) hours shall be established.
5. Upon the deposit of sufficient United States coins,
except pennies, amounting to fifty cents (50<1;), a
parking limit of twelve (12) hours shall be established."
SECTION TWO: ~ This Ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
