ORDINANCE NO. 2264
AN ORDINANCE M'lENDING SECTION 17.103 OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND OOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 17.103 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by elim-
inating therefrom the last sentence thereof regarding the 25% discount;
so that the said Section 17.103 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
"Section 17.103 Fees. The annual fees for motor vehicle
licenses are as follows:
Type of vehicle
First Division Vehicles, excluding
motor cycles and motor btcycles

SECTION TWO:That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
