ORDINANCE NO. 4887
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.117 OF
CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection C of Section 13.117 entitled "Restrictions on
Premises" of Chapter 13 of the Village Code, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting said subsection C of Section 13.117 in its entirety and substituting therefor
the following new subsection C; so that hereafter said Section 13.117. C shall be and
read as follows:
"C. Subject to the additional restrictions set forth in Section 13.129 of this Chapter,
no person who is not at least nineteen (19) years of age may sell, deliver or act
as cashier for the sale of any alcoholic beverage."
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
