ORDINANCE NO. 2306
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE NUMBER OF CLASS R LIQUOR LICENSES
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, is hereby further anended to provide for the re-
duction of the number of Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1); so that
the said Section 13.107 shall hereafter be and read as follm-JS:
"SECTION 13.107
NUIV1BER OF LICENSES
There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:

(d)
(e)
( f)
(g)
Three (3)
Seven (7)
Nine (9)
One (1)
One (1)

Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D License

SECTION ['WO: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
