ORDINANCE NO. 2308
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE VI TO THE 1970
TRAFFIC CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That page 1 of Schedule VI, regarding No
Parking At Any Time, of the 1970 Traffic Code (Chapter 18),
be amended so that pursuant to the terms of the Motor Fuel
Tax Program 43CS there will be no parking at any time on
the south side of Lonnquist Boulevard between Elmhurst Road
and Byron Court; in order that hereafter the said page 1 of
Schedule VI shall be and read as follows:

In accordance with Section 18.1315, and when signs are erected giving notice
thereof, no person shall at any time permit a vehicle to park upon any of the
following described streets or parts of streets:

SECTION TWO: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed, except that this ordinance shall in no way affect
arrests and/or complaints filed for violations of former or~
diances occuring prior to the passage and approval of this
ordinance in the manner provided by law.
SECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed
to publish this ordinance concerning amendments to Schedule VI
of the 1970 Traffic Code in pamphlet form, pursuant to the
Statutes of the State of Illinois, made and provided.
SECTION FOUR: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication
in the manner provided by law.
