BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Traffic Signal Improvements and Painting;
Roadway, Storm Sewer and Sidewalk Improvements; Parkway Restoration; and other appurtenant work.
