ORDINANCE NO. 4872
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004. B of "Schedule IV - Stop and Yield Signs" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding in proper alphabetical sequence "Isabella St. - East and Westbound
- Pine St."; so that hereafter said Section 18.2004.B shall include:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Isabella St East & Westbound Pine St."
SECTION TVVO: That Section 18.2006 of "Schedule VI - No Parking Any Time" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding in proper alphabetical sequence "Meier Rd. - West - Btw.
Prendergast Ln. and Golf Rd.'; so that hereafter said Section 18.2006 shall include:
"Name of Side of
Street Street Direction
Meier Rd. West Btw. Prendergast Ln. and
Golf Rd."
SECTION THREE: That Section 18.2001 of "Schedule I - Speed Restrictions" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding in proper alphabetical sequence "Bobby Ln. - North and Southbound
- 25 - Entire Jurisdiction"; so that hereafter said Section 18.2001 shall include:
"Name of Direction of Speed
Street Traffic Movement _ Limit (MPH) Description
Bobby Ln. North and Southbound 25 Entire Jurisdiction"
SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hoefert
