ORDINANCE NO. 2299
AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS B LIQUOR LICF..NSES AND
REDUCING THE NUMBER OF CLASS R LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTF.ES OF THE VILLAGE
OF f/(lUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNrY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal .Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended to provide for the issuance
of one (1) additional Class ''Bn liquor license and simultaneously reduce
the number of Class "RI! liquor licenses by one (1); so that the said
Section 13.107 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
"SECTION 13.107 Nill.'!BER OF LICENSES
There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no more
than:
(a) Three (3) Class A Licenses
(b) Seven (7) Class B Licenses
( c) Nine (9) Class C Licenses
(d) One (1) Class D License
(e) One (1) Class E License
(f) One (1) Class M License
(g) Two (2) Class R Licenses.1I
SECTION TWO: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
