ORDINANCE NO. 2303
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.102 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNI' PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRES;IDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF J.VDUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEc:rION ONE: That Section 2.102 of Article I of Chapter 2 of the Mun-
icipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended, by deleting therefrom that portion of the reg-
ulation setting the salaries of the Village Trustees at $15.00 per meet-
ing and substituting therefor an annual salary of $1200.00; so that here-
after the said Section 2.102 shall be and read as follows:
"Section 2.102. Oath - Salary. Any person duly elected to
sit as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect, as a trustee, shall take the oath of office
prescribed by statute and shall receive as compensation for
the performance of his duties an annual sa.lary of $1200.00."
SECTION 'IWO: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
provided by law.
