Owner of record since June 2015, Barbeque Integrated d/b/a Smokey Bones Bar and Grille Inc. closed its doors to the
public September 2019 with no notice to th Village. The business has been closed since with no new business or liquor
application coming forward. Any licensed establishment that discontinues the sale of service of alcoholic beverages or
that has not been opened for business at least four (4) days per week for a period of thirty (30) days or more shall
automatically forfeit its license.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends deletion of this license in order to maintain an accurate number of liquor licenses.

ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That in accordance with Subsection A of Section 13.108 of Chapter 13 of the Village Code
of Mount Prospect, as amended, the Corporate Authorities shall determine the number of Liquor Licenses
available in each Classification and shall establish a list specifying the number of Liquor Licenses
authorized. Said list is hereby amended decreasing the number of Class "F-3" Liquor Licenses by One
(1) BARBEQUE INTEGRATED INC. d/b/a SMOKEY BONES BAR AND FIRE GRILL located at 164
Randhurst Village Drive Said list is as follows:
