A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE (Exhibit A) VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE MOUNT PROSPECT TOWN HOME ASSOCIATION LOCATED AT 104-112 EAST LINCOLN STREET AND 304-348 SOUTH MAPLE STREET * B. A RESOLUTION FOR MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE (Exhibit B) This resolution appropriates $219,610 from Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds for final payment of Route 83 Improvements. st C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE (Exhibit C) MOUNTPROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the code to incorporate various traffic regulations around Forest View Elementary School. The Safety Commission recommended approval of the proposed amendments to traffic regulations by a vote of 6-0. st D. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19, (HEALTH REGULATIONS) (Exhibit D) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Section 19.203 “Receptacles.” ST E. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE (Exhibit E) VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Appendix A, Division II to include fees for receptacles. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT * A. Request to waive bid process and purchase an automated folder/stuffer machine in an amount not to exceed $9,800. B. Request to accept bid for Rehabilitation of George Street Bridge and Adjoining Weller Creek Bank Stabilization in an amount not to exceed $196,359 and proposal for Engineering inspection services in an amount not to exceed $16,752. C. Request Village Board approval of the Final Balancing Change Order/Final Invoice Route 83 Improvement Project –Prospect Avenue to Golf Road in an amount not to exceed $419,441.92. D. Status XIII.
