ORDINANCE NUMBER 2326
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2324
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1971, the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did pass and approve
Ordinance Number 2324, having deemed it in the best interests
of the Village of Mount Prospect to change certain street names
prusuant to a recent annexation thereof; and
WHEREAS, the name change from Indigo Lane to Andoa Lane was
inadvertently omitted from the first Section of said Ordinance
Number 2324;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE of Ordinance Number 2324 be and
the same is hereby amended, by inserting therein in alphabetical
order the change of street name from Indigo Lane to Andoa Lane;
so that hereafter Indigo Lane shall be and be known as Andoa Lane.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication
in the manner provided by law.
