ORDINANCE NO. 2329
AN ORDINANCE RENUMBERING MAPS 30N, 31N, AND 32N OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect
heretofore on December 17, 1971, conducted a public hearing
under Case No. 71-18P on a request for a zoning classification
change and a request for the renumbering of Maps 30N through
and including 32N of the Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made in
the manner provided by law;and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect
has recommended that the renumbering of said maps be made; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees have determined that the
best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be attained
I by the adoption of the Plan Commission's recommendation on Case
71-18P:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:

II SECTION ONE: That Maps 30N, 31N, and 32N of the Mount Prospect
Zoning Ordinance be renumbered to and hereafter be known as
34N, 35N, and 36N, respectively.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
I effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication
I in the manner provided by law.
