ORDINANCE NO. 2339
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect
heretofore on January 21, 1972, conducted a public hearing under
Case No. 72-6P on a request for a zoning classification change
from R-X (Single-Family Residence District) to R-l (Single-
Family Residence District) of certain property hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made in the
manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that the zon-
ing changes requested therein be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the
Village of Mount Prospect will be attained by the adoption of
the Plan Commission1s recommendations under Case No. 72-6P re-
garding the subject properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map 43N of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by reclassifying from R-X (Single-Family Residence
District) to R-l (Single-Family Residence District) the following
described land and territory:
IILots 68 to 84, both inclusive, in Brickman Manor,
Second Addition, Unit No.4, being a subdivision
of part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town-
ship 42N, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois."

I SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
Iii effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication
in the manner provided by law.
