I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
I VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

ORDINANCE NUMBER 2350
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A CLASS "W" LIQUOR LICENSE
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended, to provide for one (1) additional Class "W" liquor
license; so that the said Section 13.107 hereafter shall be and
read as follows:

"There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect
no more than:
( a) Three ( 3) Cl ass A Licenses
( b ) Eight ( 8) Class B Licenses
( c) Nine ( 9 ) Class C Licenses
( d) One ( 1 ) Class D License
( e ) One ( 1 ) Class E License
(f) One ( 1 ) Class t1 License
( g) One ( 1 ) Cl ass R License
( h ) Two ( 2) Class W Licenses"
