ORDINANCE NO. ~ 3 7 ,
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF SANITARY
AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER INTO CERTAIN STORM SEWERS
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That it shall be prohibited and unlawful to dis-
charge any and all sanitary or industrial waste water into storm sewers
to be constructed at or around the intersections of Central Road and
Main Street and Main Street and Prospect Avenue, all in the Village
of Mount Prospect, under and pursuant to a TOPICS Project EHST-S003(61).
SECTION TWO: That every person, firm, or corporation violating
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00)
Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars for each
offense.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as pro-
vided by law.
