ORDINANCE NO. 2392
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF
SANITARY AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER INTO
CERTAIN STORM SEWERS IN THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That it shall be prohibited and unlawful to discharge
any and all sanitary or industrial waste water into storm sewers to
be constructed along Euclid Avenue throughout the corporate limits and
jurisdiction of the Village of Mount Prospect under and pursuant to
Section 111-0608-M.F.T.
SECTION TWO:

That every person, firm, or corporation violating the

more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each
