AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2002 entitled "Schedule II - Prohibited Turns" of
Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding the following in proper alphabetic sequence; so that hereafter
said Section 18.2002 shall include the following:
"Name of Direction of Prohibited
Street Traffic Movement Turn Into {Name of Street)
Henry St. Eastbound Left Rand Rd. (Monday - Friday,
6A.M. - 9 A.M. and
5 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.)
Isabella St. Eastbound Left Rand Rd (Monday - Friday,
btw. 6 A.M. ~ 9 A.M. and
4 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.)
Louis St. Northbound Left Rand Rd (Monday - Friday,
6 A.M. - 9 A.M. and
4 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.)
Rand Rd. Southbound Right Isabella St. (Monday - Friday
btw. 4 P.M. and 6:30 P.M.)
Rand Rd. Southbound Right Henry St. (Monday - Friday,
4 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.)
SECTION TVVO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
