ORDINANCE NO. 2412
AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL LIQUOR LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is further
amended to provide for one (1) additional Class B liquor
license, while simultaneously reducing the number of
Class R liquor licenses by one (1), thereby eliminating all
outstanding Class R liquor licenses; so that hereafter the
said Section 13.107 shall be and read as follows:
"Section 13.107 - Number of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Village of Mount
Prospect no more than:
(a) Three (3 ) Class A licenses
(b) Nine (9 ) Class B licenses
(c) Eight (8) Class C licenses
(d) Two (2) Class D licenses
(e) One (1 ) Class E license
( f) One (1 ) Class M License
(g) One (1 ) Class V License
(n) Two (2 ) Class W Licenses"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and afte~ its passage, approval, and publica-
tion in the manner provided by law.
