ORDINANCE NO. 2403
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.113 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 3.113 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended.
by substituting the sum of $1,200,00 for the existing sum of
$600.00 so that hereafter the said Section 3.113 shall be and
read as follows:
"Section 3.113. The salary of the Village Clerk
lor the performance of the duties of the office
shall be the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred
($1,200.00) Dollars, payable in twelve (12) equal
monthly installments."
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 2134, passed and approved
February 4, 1969, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed effective April 30, 1973.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be applicable
only to persons whose terms of office commence in the year 1973
and their successors in office.
SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect at 12:01 a.m., May 1, 1973, and after its passage, ap-
proval and publication in the manner prescribed by law.
