ORDINANCE NO. 2421
AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL
CLASS WLIQUOR LTCENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is further
amended to provide for one (1) additional Class W liquor license;
so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 shall be and read as
follows:

"Section 13.107 - Number of Licenses. There
shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect
no more than:
II (a) Three ( 3 ) Class A Licenses
(b) Nine (9 ) Class B Licenses
I (c) Eight (8) Class C Licenses
(d) Two ( 2 ) Class D Licenses
(e) One (1 ) Class E License
(f) One (1 ) Class M License
(g) One (1 ) Class V License
(h) Three ( 3 ) Class W Licenses"

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in
the manner provided by law.
