ORDINANCE NO. 2454
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957, as amended, be and the same is further amended to reduce the number
Class B licenses by one (1) and to increase the number of Class A licenses by
one (1) so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 shall be and read as follows:
"Section 13.107 - Number of Licenses: There shall be issued
in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:

(c)
(d)
(e)
(f)
(g)
(h)
(i)
Q)
Four (4)
Ten (10)
Eight (8)
Two (2)
One (1)
One (1)
One (1)
No
One (1)
Three (3)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses

Class W Licenses"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
