ORDINANCE NO. 2462
AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL
CLASS "A" LIQUOR LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ~ COOK COUNTY ~ ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957 ~ as amended ~ be and the same is further amended to increase the number
of Class A licenses by one (1); so that hereafter the said Section 13. 107 shall
be and read as follows:
"Section 13.107 - Number of Licenses. There shall be
issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a)
(b)
(c)
(d)
(e)
(f)
(g)
(h)
(i)
(j)
Five (5)
Ten (10)
Eight (8)
Two (2)
One (1)
One (1)
One (1)
No
One (1)
Three (3)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L License
Class M License
Class R License
Class V License
Class W Licenses"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage ~ approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
