I'WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the petitioner's re-~
I quest for a map change in Case No. ZBA-33-Z-73 be granted; and I

!WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect i
!,have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be at
jjtained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; I

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF .

!llimits of the Village of Mount Prospect as well as existing R-4 zoning of certain I
